He currently owns 21 companies, has bought and sold many more, and has been the consultant or strategist for numerous launches, mergers and acquisitions, and scaling initiatives.

● For Hurricane Katrina (New Orleans, U.S.), Hurricane Sandy, WV 2016 Flood Disaster: Team sent 18 wheelers and trucks of food, supplies, generators, and team members to join the relief efforts on the ground

Shane has extensive experience in, designing, implementing, and assessing businesses and community programs working with private foundations, developers, health care systems, tribal corporations, trusts, universities, and charter schools in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S.

He is known for designing leading-edge educational programs, community initiatives, and building affiliations and partnerships that meet and exceed objectives.

Shane Cobb-Adams is a Strategic Advisor at The Four Cups (T4C) and Multicapital Strategist of our bioregional impact network, Seeding Change.
Shane has extensive experience in, designing, implementing, and assessing businesses and community programs working with private foundations, developers, health care systems, tribal corporations, trusts, universities, and charter schools in Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S.

As an Educator and Specialist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa for 15 years, he is an experienced data analyst, business consultant, and instructor of psychology, statistics, research methodology, and Hawaiian education. Shane designs educational programs, community initiatives and business strategies and excels in building affiliations and partnerships.

He is a founding member of the Hawaiian Society of Law and Politics and sits on several Boards of Directors. His lobby, grant, research, and policy work includes:

● Securing $9 million for the Native Hawaiian Health Care System of Kauai,
● Procuring $1.2 million for Native Hawaiian Teacher Education,
● Successfully authoring and promoting support for joint Senate/House resolutions and bills,
● Receiving and managing Federal grants for Hawaiian programs, and
● Building project-based learning facilities for Hawaiian communities and Hawaiian charter schools.

Shane comes from a lineage of real estate advisors, investors, and developers, and grew up learning to serve as a community liaison, property manager, appraiser, title abstractor and learned to support and close sales.

On the development side of real estate he has been involved in; regenerative land use and homesteading, designing lot plans, clearing and site work in watershed and sensitive ecosystems, home construction, innovation and technology-driven projects, and due diligence across several business sectors.

Dr. Mindahi Bastida is an Otomi-Toltec Wisdom Keeper, Academic, and Biocultural Expert. He is the founding member of The Grand Council of the Eagle and the Condor with over three decades of experience in rural development and biocultural preservation.

He has extensive experience consulting with the United Nations Programs, focusing with UNESCO on global policies for climate change and regenerative development for communities and bioregions.

Dr. Mindahi Bastida is an Otomi-Toltec Wisdom Keeper, Academic, and Biocultural Expert. He is the founding member of The Grand Council of the Eagle and the Condor to protect Mother Earth through caring for sacred sites and strengthening her biocultural territories.

Mindahi is the Coordinator of the Otomi-Toltec Regional Council in Mexico. He has been an Otomi-Toltec Ritual Ceremony Officer since 1988 and works diligently as a caretaker of the philosophy and traditions of the Otomi-Toltec peoples.

Mindahi has experienced major successes:

● Working as a consultant with UNESCO on the preservation of sacred sites and addressing biocultural issues across several UN programs
● Serving as a delegate to various commissions and summits on indigenous rights and sustainability, including the 1992 Earth Summit, the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD, 2002), and various United Nations Climate Change Conferences where he provided vital policy guidance
● Educating thousands of people on indigenous wisdom and conservation practices to guide regenerative development for communities, businesses, non-profit organizations, and governments
● Serving as a member of the steering committee of the Indigenous Peoples’ Biocultural Climate Change Assessment Initiative
● Leading policy and educational development as the former Director of the Original Caretakers Program at the Center for Earth Ethics at Union Theological Seminary
● Establishing global policy on collective intellectual property rights, intercultural education, and the relationship between government and Indigenous Peoples.

Mindahi has a doctorate of rural development from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico, and utilizes his expertise in this area as the President of the Mexico Council of Sustainable Development.

“Dr. T” is regarded as a leading pioneer of organizational biomimicry: a whole systems design approach applying nature’s proven strategies to drive business innovations.

For over a decade, she has successfully employed nature’s strategies with some of the world’s most influential companies to optimize their return-on-investment and return-on-impact.

Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker, who we call “Dr. T” is the founder of TEEMLab and the Borrego Institute for Living Design. She is also an Evolutionary Anthropologist known for her pioneering work on speciation in Ethiopian baboons and Biomimetic Organizational Design.

Tamsin is the author of TEEMING: How Nature’s Oldest Teams Adapt and Thrive, a defining work on Organizational Biomimicry and #1 Amazon Bestseller. She is also the Dean of Geoversity’s School for Biocultural Leadership in Panama. Tamsin recently starred in the award-winning documentary Endangered Generation which features her journey to COP26.

Dr. Kanu Kogod is a Bridge Builder for Seeding Change (SC) and the Founder of Bridges in Organizations, dedicated to increasing influence and optimizing impact within organizations. Kanu combines her expertise in anthropology, diversity, and leadership to help teams and individuals seize opportunities for equitable change.
